Direct-attached SPD (SC040-XXX) Installations
1. Preparation for installation
1) Disconnect the power of the breaker before installing the product.
2) Check the systematic voltage at the installation site.
3) Check the installation site system grounding method,and all grounding shall comply with the relevant regulations.

2. Installation method
1) Fix it near the target to protect SPD.
2) Cut the cable of the SPD to an appropriate length and process the terminal.
3) Connect the power terminal of the SPD to the load side of the breaker,and connect the ground terminal to the ground side.
4) After raising the breaker to supply power,check whether the power LED (Green) light is on or not on the fault LED (Red) light is not lit.

The 50.100AF 3-phase 4-line branch breaker inside the panel is directly coupled to the load-side terminal,as shown in a connecting diagram,and the PE terminal and ground booth are installed by cable.

3. Precautions
1) When measuring voltage resistance and insulation resistance on a track,SPD must be separated from the track.(Performance of voltage resistance,insulation resistance,or other pressure tests with SPD connected causes failure)
2) Repairs or modifications of SPD arbitrarily can cause failure or malfunction.
