This model is installed inside the air shower. It is manufactured to fit the size of the air shower and the dust collector is installed in the space where the motor of the air shower is located. It works while the air shower is running,and it is effective in managing particles in the clean room because it inhales and blocks not only foreign matter on the bottom of the shoe,but also dust collected by the wind blowing by the air shower.

AIRMAX-Clean mat

The AIRMAX Clean mat provides comfortable indoor air by inhaling and blocking harmful substances such as fine dust,sand,bacteria,etc. that flow through the shoes in a similar principle to a vacuum cleaner. When a person steps on or approaches the mat,the sensor detects it and operates the motor to inhale foreign matter into the mat as much as the stepped area. In addition,the patented flow path technology is applied to maximize the removal rate of foreign substances that have fallen into the mat through a valve that inflows external air.
