Gas-insulated C-GIS is an underground multi-circuit breaker that protects distribution lines by minimizing power failure and power failure time as a power device for substations and power plants. It is available in two types:single bus and double bus lines.
C-GIS used for 25.8kV transmission/distribution AC circuit has a structure that is safe for operation and maintenance by embedding all live wires in a cubicle tank filled with SF6 gas,and a vacuum cut-off part (V,I) with excellent extinguishing capability is applied to the cut-off part. Thus, the electrical performance of E2 Class has been achieved.
The operating device of the cut-off part uses a P.M.A (Parmanent Magnetic Actuator),which is guaranteed to operate more than 10,000 times, has superior durability compared to the existing spring method, and realizes uninterrupted conversion by making ALTS conversion time within 1 cycle.
safety
-Safe pressure release on operator and equipment when abnormal internal pressure occurs
-Equipped with breaker trip-free function and interlock function for each component
-Breaker trip possible when external power is lost
-Prevention of deformation of parts by providing Bellows for cushioning between panels
responsibility
-Stable operation is implemented by using a magnetic actuator that is guaranteed to operate more than 10,000 times as the main cut-off part.
-VI (Vacuum Interrupter) E2 level electrical life realization
Other technical notes
-Easy to replace and interchange parts by adopting the same parts module for each panel
-Convenient maintenance due to the structure of separate in-tool for each panel
-Reduced installation area to 70% compared to the existing MCSG
