The mold coil manufactured using epoxy resin with excellent flame retardancy has self-extinguishing properties,so there is no risk of fire due to electric arc.

By molding the coil with epoxy resin,which has strong electrical and mechanical strength,it has a structure that is very strong against electromechanical forces,external shocks and other abnormal vibrations generated during short circuit.

The coil molded with epoxy resin has improved dielectric strength,and there is no decrease in insulation performance due to moisture and contamination even after being left for a long time,and there is almost no aging change of the insulator.

By using epoxy resin and insulating material with excellent dielectric strength,it was possible to realize small size and light weight by molding,designing,and manufacturing the coil in a high vacuum.

6) Increased short-time overload capability (High overload capability)

Since the coil is molded with epoxy resin,the heat capacity of the coil is large,the temperature range is large,and the short-time overload resistance is large.

7) Low loss,low noise

Low loss and low noise are realized through optimal compact design using low-loss silicon steel plate and excellent insulation.

8) Easy inspection and maintenance (Maintenance free)

Coils molded with epoxy resin do not deteriorate insulation performance against moisture and dust,so viscosity and maintenance are easy.
